Difficult conversations are part of every career—but they don't have to be intimidating. Join North Coast Young Professionals for Navigating the Hard Stuff, an engaging workshop led by Corey Blake, founder of Round Table Companies.


This interactive session will help you build the confidence and skills to navigate conflict, give and receive feedback, communicate clearly, set healthy boundaries, and handle challenging conversations with professionalism and authenticity.

The event begins with lunch and networking at 12:00 p.m., followed by the workshop from 1:00–2:30 p.m. at the Sandusky Career Center.

Whether you're an emerging leader or looking to strengthen your communication skills, you'll leave with practical tools you can apply immediately in both your professional and personal life.
