Description

Our region's manufacturing community is invited to participate in a half-day program focused on turning manufacturing priorities into action. Building on insights from the first Manufacturing Day in July, this event brings together industry leaders, educators, and community partners to address critical challenges such as workforce training, childcare solutions, and employer-driven engagement strategies. Highlights include a spotlight presentation on shift innovations for working parents, program showcases from Lorain County Community College, and guided tours of applied tech and training spaces. The day concludes with lunch, networking, and collaborative discussions designed to spark working groups and pilot initiatives that strengthen our regional manufacturing sector.
