Ohio State Marching Band Concert

A decades-long tradition continues this November as the Ohio State University Marching Band makes its way to Sandusky on the eve of the Ohio State–Michigan football game. 

On Friday, November 28, at 7 p.m., the nationally renowned ensemble (TBDBITL) will perform at Sandusky High School Gymnasium, marking another stop in a tradition that began more than fifty years ago. E

very four years, the Ohio State University Alumni Club of Erie County works in cooperation with the University to bring the concert to Sandusky. 

During the concert, about 40 local high school band students from across the region will join the Ohio State Marching Band, providing a unique learning and performance opportunity. 

The event also serves as a major fundraiser for the Erie County Alumni Club’s scholarship fund, which has awarded more than $330,000 in scholarships to Erie County students attending Ohio State since 1981.
