Description
Join members of the Teen Library Council and other volunteers for our annual TRICK-or-READING program! Volunteers read Halloween books at different locations throughout the Library and distribute some fun treats. Children are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes for a ghoulish good time. For children ages 3½ and up
