Oversee In-Season Operations at Point Retreat Condominiums including:
- Routine Maintenance for the on-site Pool
- Cleaning Common Areas Including Pool, Walkways and Bathrooms
- Police Grounds of Property
- Routine Maintenance and Minor Painting, Plumbing and Electrical Work
Minor Duties and Responsibilities During Off-Season
- Winterize Common Areas and Pool
- Salt and Shovel Property, as necessary
