First National Bank Participates in “Welcome Home Program”-Offering up to $20,000 in Closing Cost/Downpayment Grant Money for Qualifying Homebuyers

In cooperation with The Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati (FHLB Cincinnati), First National Bank is pleased to once again participate in the “Welcome Home Program” (WHP). The Welcome Home Program offers grants to fund reasonable down payment and closing costs incurred in conjunction with the acquisition or construction of owner-occupied housing by low and moderate-income homebuyers. The grants are available at a minimum of $10,000 and up to a maximum of $20,000 for qualified homebuyers. WHP funds will be available for reservation beginning at 8:00 AM ET on April 6, 2026, on a “first-come first-served” basis.
