LEC Class of 2026-2027 Application

This unique leadership development program brings together emerging and established leaders from across Erie County to develop leadership skills, build professional relationships, explore community organizations and industries, and complete a meaningful community service project. Employers are encouraged to sponsor participants as an investment in both their organization and the future of our community. 

Applications are due by August 7, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
